Ethnics Code
All of the Company's operational activities are conducted in accordance with the Company's Code of Ethics to ensure alignment with the company's vision, mission, and values. In general, the Company's Code of Ethics includes, among other things, equality, honesty, mutual respect, courtesy, cooperation, and moral and socio-cultural values recognized and upheld in society.

Enforcement of the Code of Ethics for All Levels of the Organization The Code of Ethics implemented by the Company must apply to all organs of the Company without exception, including employees, the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors. Forms of Socialization and Efforts to Enforce the Code of Ethics In terms of socialization of the code of ethics, the Company continuously socializes the Code of Ethics to all employees of the Company through meetings in each division or section, poster installation and socialization through communication tools. The material disseminated is an effort to improve the understanding and implementation of governance, business ethics, fraud, risk management, whistleblowing, prohibition of gratification and maintaining the security of the Company. In an effort to enforce the Code of Ethics in the work environment, all Company personnel are responsible for reporting any actions believed to be a violation of the Code of Ethics to the Human Resources Manager. With the existence of such violations, the Human Resources Manager will conduct an investigation and impose sanctions including reprimands, warnings and suspensions if a violation is indeed committed. Types of Sanctions for Violations of the Code of Ethics Sanctions imposed on violators are carried out in accordance with the procedures applicable in the Company. These sanctions consist of reprimands, warnings, and suspensions or even legal action if the violation is a major violation. Number of Code of Ethics Violations Throughout 2022, the Company did not receive any reports of Code of Ethics violations.
