Corporate Secretary
The Corporate Secretary is responsible for representing the Company in liaising with and coordinating with capital market institutions, including the IDX, the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), and other institutions related to the Capital Market, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The functions of the Corporate Secretary are as follows:
- Keep abreast of developments in the Capital Market, particularly applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide input to the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations in the Capital Market.
- Assist the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners in implementing corporate governance, including:
- Disclosure of information to the public, including the availability of information on the Issuer's or Public Company's Website.
- Submission of reports to the Financial Services Authority on time.
- Organization and documentation of General Meetings of Shareholders.
- Organization and documentation of meetings of the Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners.
- Implementation of company orientation programs for the Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners.
- Acting as a liaison between the Issuer or Public Company and the Issuer or Public Company's shareholders, the Financial Services Authority, and other stakeholders.

Appointed as Corporate Secretary through the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Company Number: 659/PAM-MineralfTBK/JKT/Kep-Dir/IV/2025 dated April 9, 2025. The term of office of the Corporate Secretary is not specified in the Decree.
Served as Corporate Secretary since 2025 - present, Member of the Company's Nomination and Remuneration Committee since 2021-2025, General Affairs Administration Staff of the Company 2015-2021.
