Ruddy Tjanaka

He has served as the Company's Director since 2010. He has over 15 years of experience in the nickel mining industry. He has been an active member of the Indonesian Nickel Miners Association (APNI) since 2018. He has also served as a Commissioner at PT Kimberlite Resources since 2005, a Director at PT Pintu Air Mas since 2005, and as President Director at PT Balangan Power since 2006. He has also served as President Director at PT Aneka Minergy Resources since 2015. He has also served as Director at PT Wahana Mitra Alam since 2016. He has also served as President Director at PT Wanhong. He has also served as Commissioner at Balangan Coal since 2024. He has also served as President Director at PT Tembaga Dua Sembilan.

Herman Thio

Director

Served as Director of the Company since August 2020. He has over eight years of experience in the mining industry, specializing in accounting and finance. He also currently serves as Commissioner of PT Wahana Mitra Alam since 2014, Commissioner of PT Indo Wira Sanitasi since 2015, Commissioner of PT Aneka Minergy Resources since 2015, Commissioner of PT Palem Agro Lestari since 2016, and Commissioner of PT Paramitha Ayu Mustika since 2017. He has also served as Director of PT Serviam Resources since 2018.

Roni Permadi Kusumah

Director

Served as Director of the Company since August 2020. He has experience as a Project Engineer Support in the Business Improvement and Mine Development Department at the PAM Group mining division (2007 – August 2020), Head of Mining Engineering/Project Manager of the Langgikima site at PT. Indrabakti Mustika (June 2018 – July 2020), Project Manager of the Laronai site at PT. Pam Mineral (August 2009 – May 2012), Project Manager of the Balangan site at PT. Paramitha Cipta Sarana (2008-2009), and GIS Engineer at PT Zasuko Info (2006 – 2007). He is currently an active member of AusIMM with MAusIMM Number 334607 since 2018.
