Nomination and Remuneration Committee

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee was established to comply with POJK No. 34/2015, with Yamin Dharmawan as Chairman and Jason Scottly Lie and Yusuf Dedy Wibowo as Members. Duties and Responsibilities of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee:

  1. The nomination and remuneration functions must be carried out by the Board of Commissioners.
  2. Regarding the Nomination function:
    1. Provide recommendations to the Board of Commissioners regarding: (i) the composition of the positions of members of the Board of Directors and/or members of the Board of Commissioners; (ii) the policies and criteria required in the nomination process; and (iii) the performance evaluation policy for members of the Board of Directors and/or members of the Board of Commissioners.
    2. Assist the Board of Commissioners in assessing the performance of members of the Board of Directors and/or members of the Board of Commissioners based on established benchmarks for evaluation purposes.
    3. Provide recommendations to the Board of Commissioners regarding capacity development programs for members of the Board of Directors and/or members of the Board of Commissioners.
    4. Submit proposals for qualified candidates as members of the Board of Directors and/or members of the Board of Commissioners to be submitted to the GMS.
  3. Regarding the Remuneration function:
    1. Provide recommendations to the Board of Commissioners regarding the remuneration structure, policies, and remuneration amounts.
    2. Assist the Board of Commissioners in assessing the performance of each member of the Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners in ensuring that the remuneration received by each member of the Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners is appropriate.

Yamin Dharmawan

President Comittee

Served as an Independent Commissioner of the Company since August 2020.
Currently, he has also served as Agency Director at PT Prudential Life Assurance since 2007.
He has experience as Assistant Marketing Manager at PT Edico Utama (2006-2007) and Marketing Manager at PT Karya Mandiri Motor (1998-2006). He earned a Diploma in Marketing Management from Tarumanegara University in 1996 and a Registered Financial Planner from the University of Indonesia in 2011.

Jason Scotly Lie

Member

Started her career as an Accountant at the Company (2010-October 2017) and as a Finance Officer at the Company (2019-May 2021).

Yusuf Daddy Wibowo

Member

Served as Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee since March 3 - Present, Senior Supervisor of HRD of the Company Feb 2020 - present, Senior Superintendent of HRD of PT Megaprima Persada Feb 2014 - Jan 2020, Senior Supervisor of Legal and HRD of PT Kedap Sayaaq May 2010 - Feb 2014, Staff of Personnel and Legal of PT Daya Manunggal Jan 2007 - May 2010.
