PT IBM Launches the Mustika Green Friends Community, Greening Mining Villages in North Konawe

Ecobiz.asia — PT Indrabakti Mustika (IBM), a subsidiary of PT PAM Mineral Tbk (IDX: NICL), launched the Mustika Green Friends (SAHMI) environmental community through a tree-planting activity in Langgikima District, North Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi, on Tuesday (September 16, 2025).
This initiative makes IBM the first company in Langgikima to establish an environmental community based on collaboration between the surrounding mining communities.
The launch event was attended by the Head of Langgikima District, Tasrudin, the Commander of the 1430 Military District Command (Kodim), the Chief of Police, Wiwirano, and the village heads from six villages surrounding the mine. The activity included education on the importance of reforestation in mining and coastal areas, as well as the distribution of tree seedlings for residents to plant.
